All of my classes focus on a permissions oriented way of finding the truths and wisdom already within. Guiding the class to listen to the mind and body.

Mantra

A sound formula that can expand our consciousness and connect us with the universal consciousness. Mantra is a wave projection created by the mind, a formulated projection to cause a specific effect. A enlightening experience of remembrance, and realization that there is nothing more healing to the body than your own frequencies.


Pranayama

Breathing is the first act of life and the last one. Breathwork, works on your conscious, subconscious, and unconscious mind. Many of benefits from pranayama:

~ cleanses the blood, brings spinal fluid to the brain, regulates the PH of the body, helps reduce emotional pain, helps manage stress or rage, oxygenates the brain, helps break subconscious patterns, helps eliminate compulsive behaviors, unblocks the meridians and energy channels, etc.


Meditation

Meditation is the yogic practice that can break mental habits and purify the mind. Meditation in Kundalini Yoga can be focusing of the breath, focus of the breath during movement, chanting mantra aloud, mentally chanting mantra, and the focus of an intention.


Traditional Kriya’s

A set of exercises with the purpose of taking the body to a balanced state. Testing our strength so we don’t hurt ourselves, exercises with intention and mental focus.

A set of exercises with set intentions. Each posture and movement promotes circulation or secretion of the glandular system, blood, nervous system and subtle energies.


About Alexis

Alexis Lange, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, 200hr Yoga Alliance certified, trained in Somatic Trauma Awareness, trained in Gong Meditation. Training in Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga. Alexis has over 3 years experience of the yogic practice.

Alexis specializes in the balance between needed movement and relaxation for integration. She offers alternative powerful healing practices and skills to use at home while inspiring many to activate self-empowerment. Alexis uses Mantra & Meditation to cleanse the subconscious mind, inviting those to release what no longer serves them.

Alexis’s goal is to hold a safe space and create an atmosphere for those to be in their experience. She has studied herbalism for 4+ years and specializes in medicinal Native plants & fungi. Alexis is preparing to launch an herbal shop, selling medicinal wild-harvested loose leaf teas of Northern California.
